The annual WVRA Club Picnic is scheduled for Tuesday July 19th. We will meet in Marathon Park in Wausau at Shelter #3, same as last year, which is the octagon shaped one. The shelter isn’t reserved, so if that one is occupied we will move to another open shelter in the park.  Just look for the antennas. Gathering time will be about 5:30pm and we will begin eating around 6pm.

This year’s picnic is dutch treat, so please bring your choice of meat and a side or dessert to pass.  Grills will be available for you to use. You will need to bring your own beverage (non-alcoholic) and a chair. Condiments, plates, and eating utensils will be provided.

Like in previous years, there will be a portable HF station operating, so come early. Talk in will be on the 147.135 repeater. Hope to see you at the picnic!
