A couple of things to note:

1. Our battery backup system is not installed yet. We are awaiting a couple of things at the site before we install these. Note – in the event of a power outage we can still run a generator at the site for temporary power

2. The NEWVoice 444.425 system is not up yet (should be soon)

3. We’re discovered that the Bevent receiver is down. We’re not sure if this is an issue at the Bevent site or something in the cabinet in the voter system. We’ve pushed this back to a “day 2” bug and is not a priority (if you’re ever done project management, you know what this means…)

Please give the systems a go and knock the dust off the heat sinks.

I want to give thanks to everyone who helped out over the past year with moves and setup/tear down.

I also want to give a special thank you to Mark N9MEA for spending a ton of hours out at Fox over this holiday weekend getting everything running. Without him, we would still be off the air. If you see him or hear him on the air, please give him thanks for his efforts over the past year.

I will be talking to our net director over the next week or so in regards to getting the Wednesday night nets back up and running.
